Scavenger Hunt Rules & Guidelines
Scavenger Hunts will take place at each ReptileExpo® (unless we specify otherwise). See below for the explanation, rules, and regulations. Good Luck and may the odds be ever in your favor. Participants must download a copy of our free app!

1. OverviewParticipants must collect CODES from selected vendors and obtain a unique code to be entered into the official scavenger hunt app. The first participant to complete the requirements within the designated time period will be declared the winner. The first participant to get a vendor TICKETS (one per vendor, three per HUNT), will receive a small prize
New England has three HUNT time periods.
2. EligibilityOpen to all participants who meet the age and location requirements stated in the event guidelines.Vendors, employees of vendors, and event organizers are not eligible to win.
3. How to PlayVisit Participating Vendors – Clues will be provided in the app.Collect Tickets – Each participating vendor will issue a ticket when a first participant requests it.Obtain a Code – Each vendor will have a unique code that must be entered into the official scavenger hunt app for any participant.Winner Determination – The first participant to correctly submit all required codes within the designated time period will be declared the winner. Ticket collectors will receive a small prize.
4. Time Periods & WinningThe scavenger hunt will have specific time periods 9:00-11:00am11:00am-1:00pm1:00pm-3:00pmOnly one winner per time period will be selected.Once a winner is declared for a given period, the competition resets for the next hunt.
5. Prize CollectionWinners will be notified via the app and must claim their prize within a specified timeframe (11, 1, 3) at the front registration table/ entry. (Back Registration table in White Plains).Prizes must be collected in person and will consist of a ReptileExpo® SwagBag (filled with goodies) and a choice of either a ReptileExpo® MUG or ReptileExpo® T-Shirt (Large & XL sizes only)
6. Fair Play & DisqualificationParticipants must follow all event rules and vendor requirements.Any form of cheating, including sharing codes or using multiple accounts, will result in disqualification.Organizers reserve the right to verify submissions and deny or revoke a win if fraudulent activity is suspected.
7. Liability & TermsOrganizers are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets or technical issues preventing entry submissions.Participants assume all risks associated with participation.By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and any additional terms set by event organizers.
