New York Vendor Information
Cancellation List Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the NY Metro Reptile
Expo. Our show is very popular with our current vendors, and virtually all renew
their table spaces for every show. However, we do sometimes have last minute cancellations
during the few days leading up to the show, and
will look to vendors who have submitted the form below to fill those openings. Selection off of the wait-list is not strictly
first-come, first-served. Where possible we look to add vendors featuring
animals or merchandise that are not already commonly sold at the show, or to
fill a gap of product/animal type caused by the cancellation. For
that reason, be sure to highlight any unique/special animals or merchandise that
you would be selling in the "What will you be selling" field below. If you
have not heard back from us for a while after applying, feel free
e-mail to remind us of your interest.
If you do have the flexibility to fill a last minute
cancellation, please email us a
reminder of that 3-5 days before the show. We sometimes receive
cancellations a the last minute, due to sickness, car problems, etc, often the
night before the show. Only vendors who already have the NY Sales Tax
Permit will be considered for last minute cancellations.
8-foot tables on the Main Floor and Stage area (with 2 chairs) cost
$95 for the day. 6-foot tables in the new Annex room cost $85 (most new vendors
do start in the Annex). For specific

vendor regulation page. Please note that all vendors MUST provide us with a copy
of their NY sales tax permit at least 1 week prior to the show- call
(800) 972-1233 for information on getting this free permit. Be sure it allow
plenty of time, as it can take a month or more for the state to process your
application!
