Cancellation List Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the NY Metro Reptile Expo.! Our show is very popular with our current vendors, and we do give them first right to renew their tables at the end of each show for the next expo. However, we do sometimes have last minute cancellations during the last couple of days leading up to the show.

If you do have the flexibility to fill a last minute cancellation, please email us 3-5 days before the show.  We sometimes receive cancellations a the last minute, due to sickness, car problems, etc, often the night before the show.  Only vendors who already have the NY Sales Tax Certificate of Authority will be considered for last minute cancellations.

8-foot tables on the Main Floor and Stage area (with 2 chairs) cost $100 for the day. 6-foot tables in the new Annex room cost $80 (most new vendors do start in the Annex).  For specific vendor and animal rules, click here to view our vendor regulation page. Please note that all vendors MUST provide us with a copy of their NY sales tax Certificate of Authority- call 518-485-2889 for information on getting this free permit, or visit their web site here. Be sure it allow plenty of time, as it can take a month or more for the state to process your application!
